Developed in 1998, the purpose of the Outreach Program is to give everyone a sense of belonging. The image of the spider web is the best way to describe it; moving out from the center to cover every corner where parishioners reside. Block captains and Zone captains are an avenue through which this mission is achieved. The parish is broken into eight zones with a Zone captain appointed to each. A similar program is in place for parishioners who reside outside of the geographic boundaries of the parish.
